LION® R30006 is the “industrial workhorse” of the cobalt-based alloy family. 5. Processing & Fabrication Guidance
- Rivestimenti duri: Altamente compatibile con SMAW, GMAW, PTAe rivestimento laser. Unlike harder grades, R30006 is less prone to cracking, requiring a moderate preheat of 250°C – 350°C.
- Lavorazione: Can be turned using carbide-tipped tools (K20 or equivalent) or ceramic inserts. Best surface finishes are achieved through grinding.
- Finitura: Ottimo per lucidare; can achieve a mirror finish for mechanical seal applications.
